		<description>I agree with author these books are really good, also how it is recommended to each group is showing that author knows what he writes about. I would warn newbies and especially  developers from taking those two books from year 2006 and 2007 as something that they should relay only on those books because they are bit outdated. 
And I would like to just add one more source of information. On youtube you can find some nice introduction to sugarCRM best would be to go to DiscoverSugarCRM :o)
